The new motor has 4 wires . Yellow, brn/wht ,brn ,black .
The old motor has 3 wires / blk,brn,orange .

Usually brn-wht and brown to the new run cap and yellow and black to contactor and defrost board/relay if heat pump or both to line side of contactor if straight cool a/c
