I am 11 weeks pregnant. My doctor did an ultrasound to see if they could get a heartbeat since it wouldn't come through on the doppler. When I was 7 weeks they got the heartbeat but couldn't find one or movement today. Does this mean the baby has passed or is hiding and will be okay when they recheck it Thursday?

That is a question only your doctor could answer for you. If they were sure, I doubt they would be doing a recheck Thursday, so wait till Thursday and discuss this with your doctor.
