Hi, I have a dui warrant for violating my probation in Florida, however I need a ID card in KS cause that is where I live now . I cannot even fly , drive or take a bus to Florida without some form of unexpired ID . Will they arrest me at the dmv if I go to get an ID card?

Most likely yes, or they will send police to pick you up at your new address.
