    Florida has no income tax. And since lottery winnings are considered income - the answer is no. But if you are not a Florida resident you may owe incoem tax to your home state.

    Yes, except for winnings from the PA State Lottery. PA residents who win Powerball or MegaMillions don't pay income tax if their ticket if it is bought in PA.
