What was the name of a TV show in the early 90's where a boy called towell and a girl in an (orange?) dress were running around saving people who were turned in to green statues? The green statues, as I recall were all people frozen and there were hundreds of them. The girl had three stripes at the bottom of her dress and made a lovely clicky sound everywhere she ran.
