I was born in Albuquerque NM in 1984. I have only a photo of them. It was a closed private adoption. Please any advise would be great.

You start by talking to your adoptive parents to get as much information as possible.

Then you contact the adoption agency used, to see if your birthparents are also looking for you. If they have not left information with the adoption agency, you may be able to do so so that they can contact you if they decide to look.

Other than that, your options are a licensed private investigator and reunion websites.
