    How can I move without giving 60 days notice in Ontario Canada
    I live in sudbury ontario and I have a problem with people other tenants friends sleeping in front of my door in the hallway people throwing garbage in the hall and all over the yard and needles everywhere around the apt and people yelling at all hrs of the night to get in cause the intercoms don't work I have complained several time but nothing has been done about it I tried to give 30 days notice but landlord says he needs 60 days what can I do

    Are you calling the Police when this happens?

    What does your lease say about notice?

    Yes does the lease or rental agreement say 30 or 60 days. How long have you lived there.
    Give 60 days if you have to, to get it started
