I need to get my w-2 for 2011 so I can complete my taxes. I know it is online but I can't get into my account. I haven't received unemployment compensation since March 2011. When I try to get into the account, I get an error message saying it the wrong password. I try again but after 3 unsuccessful attempts, the system blocks anymore tries.

Please help. If you don't know how I can access the account/w-2 form, please direct me to someone who can help. Does this respond back to the computer system I am using? I will be here all day but you could also send an answer to my personal email account.
