Getting bonded out on probation violation?
Can you get bonded out on a probation violation if you turn yourself in? Or if you turn yourself in with the help of an attorney (which I know I will have regardless)? My main concern is I don't want to be sitting in jail because I will lose my job. Wanted to know if I would be able to turn myself in and maybe get bonded out through a weekends time? Any help or information is appreciated!

If you are in the US, where makes a difference, but in general, no, there is no bail for violation of probation, you will be held till the hearing.

Not always depends on the judge I went down to the jail and they said 1000 dollar cash bond I paid it and didn't have to go to jail I am now waiting to go to court and see if I will have to do jail time I hope not but again it depends on the judge
