I have a Trane Air Handler TWE031E13. In the winter the unit stopped working when in heat pump mode. When I checked it out I found the Buss GMQ-3-2 10 amp fuse bad. After replacement I turn on the unit in A/C mode and the fan starts for about 5 seconds then stops. The control board flashes dull green LED with two red ones then lights up bright green. Upon unpluging the fan power lead the A/C compresser still works and the evaporator gets cold. I don't know if it is the fan motor, control board#21C150663P01 or something else. Help would be appreciated.

If you have a multi meter you need to check for power going to the fan if there power going to fan but its not running probably need to replace,, you might also try spinning the blower wheel manually while holding door switch in ,and in run mode, if it then runs you could have a bad capicitor

Did you try setting the fan control on thermostat to fan/fan only? Does fan still not run?

Thanks for your help. I found out the GE ECM Programble motor module is bad Part #MOT195MOD. I am looking for someone that does board level repairs on the module. (two boards in case). A new one is expensive. If not I will switch to a tow speed motor and rewire. Agein thanks for your response. If anyone knows where I can get the speed control module at a fair price I would appreciate.
