Goodman Model GMP075-3 flame goes out 10 seconds after ignition
    Goodman hot air furnace
    Fuel Source - natural gas
    Model - GMP075-3
    Serial# - 96-7813321

Scenario : Goodman Model GMP075-3 flame goes out 10 seconds after ignition

When system starts up everything appears normal, the induced draft fan starts
For about 30 seconds, the hot surface ignitor gets red hot, the gas ignites,
Later the main blower wheel spins, the hot air comes out of the registers and
Everything works great but only for about as little as 10 seconds to as much as
5 minutes. Then for some reason the flame stops and about 2 minutes later the
Main blower wheel stops? The only thing running is the small draft for about 5
Minutes or so then it finally kicks off. All is now quiet for about 15-20
Minutes and the whole cycle starts up again.

Things that I have done are:
    > cleaned all the intake registers,
    > cleaned accessible areas in the furnace,
    > cleaned the flame sensor with a soft bristle brush,
    > replaced the air filter
    > replaced the thermostat
    > a year ago I replaced the hot surface ignitior, it appears quite operation

I would greatly appreciate some good advice here, I'm unemployed.

    Thank You

Hi kevin and welcome, try cleaning the flame sensor, use steelwool or really fine sandpaper. Good luck and let us know how things go, OK?

Quote, ( > cleaned the flame sensor with a soft bristle brush,),, it takes more than that
You need to remove and use a very fine sandpaper or steelwool to clean it right
