I'm trying to find out the name of a Canadian, French or French-Canadian band or possibly duo from the late 80s or early 90s. All I remember is seeing a video at the time and the singer was a striking woman with long, very artificial dyed red hair, and she wore a red outfit and then a white outfit. This may have been 1990.
