My boyfriend and I have been trying to get pregnant. We last had unprotected sex on March 15th, and I got my period today. Would I have missed this period if I'm pregnant, or will I miss next months?

You would miss this months, you can ( at times) have a light period that lasts a day or two, But if you have a regular period there is little chance you are pregnant.
