I am 22 years old living in Montreal I have recently been caught shoplifting in a Loblaws at my work place . The value of what I took was only about 130$ Also, it was my frist time doing it I never did thinks ? A trial date and a fingerprint date were set when they police came and alos they secrite off my work they told me they will take 130 from my next payroll and also they suspendeat me infannete so plzz can some one tell me if I am going to have criminal recourt or what or thy will put me in jail plzz answer me thxx

You will get fines and probation ( assuming you don't have a lot of other crimes on your record.
Since you work there, will it be shoplifting or theft?
