I am constipated and have nausea. I also have a slight fever and lower abdominal pain (pelvic area up to under ribcage). I have also had gas. I took a laxative two nights ago and also one last night and I feel terrible. I had my period two weeks ago.

I'll dare ask the musical question: Have you been to a doctor yet? If not, please make an appointment. This, whatever it is, doesn't sound like it's going away real fast.

Flu perhaps, other illness, you need to see the doctor.
