My husband is on virginia state probabtion but he sees a probabtion officer in philly. He got arrested 2/17/12 on new charges but 3/27/12 the case was withdrawn/thrown out lack of evidence. He is still sitting at cfcf awaiting to see if VA coming to get him. What is the time frame VA got to come get him? When will cfcf let him go because he don't have a case in philadelphia?
