Gas and temp needle drops to bottom and back up while driving. Speedometer and tach jumps when the previous needles move. Honda accord 2002 v6. Please help

I have a 2002 Honda Accord Ex, 3.0 V-6 and my temp needle and gas needle goes up and down constantly while driving. My speedometer and tach moves some too but does not drop all the way down. Anybody having this problem or have any solutions??
