Me and my brother never received childsupport from my dad we are grown and in our 30's my dad was murdered in 2010 can we get his ssi for him not paying support

Was there a child support order? Usually the answer here is no.

If your mom never filed for child support, then there is no child support to receive. If you are entitled to SSI as the child of your father then you are entitled to it. Otherwise no.
