I just moved into a two story house in Florence az. Only been here two weeks. Yesterday I started to smell a musky or moldy like odor from the shower, also it being the master bathroom there is a big tub next to it that I also just used. This be is upstairs now the smell is lurking to the closest and becoming more noticeable. I'm terrified of mold, I already get bad headaches. Should I try the bleach, vinegar, baking soda method?

If you can see the mold I'd wash it down with bleach. If it persists I'd get the landlord involved. There are companies out there that specialize in mold removal. This should be done at the landlords expense. Good luck, Tom
