2002 7.3 209k miles. Truck runs great no heating issues. If truck sits more than a few days truck trust to hydrolock and water comes out of the driver side exhaust manifold. No water in crankcase. Pressure in cooling system on start up seems to stop pressurizing once warmed up. Crack in head?
