I don't believe this has anything to do with the surgery you had as an infant as it is a genetic condition.
What would you like to figure out?
I didn't know it was genetic I honestly thought it was done during surgery back yrs ago, can you give me more insight on this condition?
J_9 is absolutely correct. Situs inversus is not a condition that would or could result from surgery.

This is a genetic disorder in which the abdominal organs such as the stomach and the chest lie in what appears to be a mirror image of how they are typically supposed to lie. It is an inherited disorder that can occur in a few different ways.
This disorder is not always found until an ultrasound or certain tests such as MRI or CT for example are conducted. It is usually asymptomatic and treatment, if needed, is only used for the symptoms, if and when there are any.
