I purchased the Hampton Bay Altura 68in fan about 2 yrs ago, the fan will not go into reverse, we have always had trouble with the remote but home depot would never help us with the matter, I tried various batteries, the light on the remote lights up, is it possible the combination got changed, if so how can I figure out the combination, also, since it was an open box item, the manual was missing….how can I get either another manual, the correct combination or maybe even the remote? I really need the fan to be set up for summer…
