    NVQ L3 management answer needed!
    NVQ L3 in management. I have been asked to monitor and evaluate team and individuals progress. Earlier on I set objectives for the them, does this monitoring need to relate to these objectives or is it just in general?
    Also I really struggle with how to format answers, should it be in essay form ?
