Hoping you can put an answer to this question, I regularly shave my ph around and on the shaft of my penis. Two weeks ago, I noticed that I had one small "razor bump?" on the shaft, no other have since arose or blemished. I am stressed out naturally, I haven't shaved since, does this all seem normal or is it something more?

Probably just a pimple. Pimples are not uncommon for the base of the penis.

If it lasts more than a couple weeks, or becomes larger than a BB, see a Doctor about it.

I am somewhat relieved that your thoughts are/have been the same, I haven't always been safe but have been tested recently in the past 12 months, which came back clean. Could it also be from excessive masturbation as the photos I've seen online with the same look say they are from oils, sweat, etc, I'm using neosporin and using small bandages hoping it will clear by itself, would there be a otc that is friendly to skin down there?

Neosporin is good, but don't use bandages. Bandages will only slow the healing.

If you are are sexually active and have not been tested since 12 months, now would be a good time to get tested again.

If the symptom that you described lasts more than 2 weeks from the time that you first experienced it, see a Doctor.
