I haven't had a period since feb 16 I went to a birth right clinic on march 20 the test came up negative but I still don't have a period and I am trying to conceive I take folic acid pills as well as prenatals but are there any other possible reasons my period hasn't came on if I am getting negative pregnancy results I even had symptoms of pregnancy except morning sickness now I am getting nervous but I don't want to panic

Some women never register with an OTC pregnancy test. Call your OBGYN/GYN and ask for an appointment and blood test. Explain that you haven't had a period in over a month and are getting negative tests. If their blood test comes back negative, he/she can determine what the problem is. Of course, I am assuming that you are not on any birth control since you are Trying to conceive, but have you recently come off birth control... meaning did you just start Trying to conceive? If so, it could be that your body has not "re-started" so to speak it's normal cycle. Depending on the birth control, it can take a while to regulate. Best of Luck!
