Ihave a 2005 6.0 f250 and have noticed it is losing anti-freeze and has a lot of white smoke? I am afraid I have the dreaded head problem.

That's what it sounds like. If you can't see coolant leaking anywhere but you need to keep adding it, you're probably losing it through the head or head gasket.
