    Assuming your grandma is your legal guardian and you are under 18, then moving out could make you a runaway and get your friend in serious trouble.

    And how would you expect her not to notice you are no longer there.

    If you are under 18, you can't, you could be picked up as a run away, and who ever was letting you stay with them, could be arrested.
