It's possible, even in that situation. If you want to lower the chance of pregnancy, be sure to use protection every single time. He must wear a condom before entering you, even if he plans to withdraw prior to ejaculation, and if he plans to re-enter after an ejaculation as well.

ANY time you have penile insertion you risk pregnancy. It shocks me that people don't understand this basic fact.

You can reduce the risk by proper contraception, but not eliminate it.

Yes, there are sperm often in the early fluids so you could get pregnant.

Yup. Plenty of sperm in precum to get the job done. All it takes is one sperm. Any time you have sex, protected, unprotected, or whatever, pregnancy is possible.

Do you know what precum is?

It's present before sex. It's not "released", and pulling out won't prevent it. The lubrication that occurs when a man is aroused, is precum. So pulling out quickly, won't help. It's present as soon as a man is aroused.
