I registered on this site because I did all you suggest above, the company no longer has a site, Home Depot could not assist, and in my search I found this "help" site that included people requesting where to find replacement parts, in particular for this product. Sorry to bother anyone. I will unregister.

Don't unregistered. Parts like what you are needing are almost always only available as long as the product is produced. HD adds and drops hundreds of items a year. You are not alone in this dilemma. You may have to replace the cabinet.
