I noticed that I have a single small pinkish/redish bump a little smaller than a tic tac on the middle/side of my penis shaft. It won't pop when I squeeze it and I've poked it with a needle and only blood came out. It feels kind of hard on the inside when I squeeze it like there may be a tiny crater/rock in there. It causes no pain, itchiness or discomfort at all. I have no idea what this is. I am sexually active and my partner and I were both virgins until we met. Any input helps! Thanks.

Stop poking at it, squeezing it, and most important stop sticking needles in it or it will be something you don't want on your body, especially that body part ! Go to the doctor and have it diagnosed properly, and dealt with. We don't diagnose on AMHD because it definitely cannot be done over fhe Internet.
