No it does not mean that. It means in a couple more weeks, you take a pregnancy test.

It can cause your period to be off a bit, but if you find that you are late for an expected period, wait an additional week and see if it is just late. If still no period, then try a pregnancy test. Emergency pills can help prevent an unplanned pregnancy, but like any other form of birth control, they are not 100% effective, so yes, pregnancy can be a possibility.

It means you don't know for a couple more weeks till you can take a pregnancy test.

The morning after pill is not 100 percent effective. ( it is very effective, but not 100 percent)

The morning after pill can only decrease your chance of becoming pregnant by about 75%-88% depending on the pill, so yes, there is still a chance that you could be pregnant. Nausea, abdominal pain, headaches, tiredness, changes in your period, dizziness, breast tenderness, vomiting, and diarrhea are all potential side effects. You may also have some unexpected bleeding. It should go away by the time of your next period. It can also cause your period to be heavier or lighter than normal and also become longer or shorter than normal - in other words, irregular. If you do not have a regular period within 3 weeks time, you should take a pregnancy test.
