My mini Australian sheperd is 3months.. the treat was really hard & in a matter of 5minutes she was done with it.. I think she might have swallowed it. I'm concerned about it causing a blockage in her stomach.. don't know if these treats dissolve quickly or are easy to chew?

They can definitely cause an obstruction. Observe her for vomiting, lack of appetite, constipation (posturing to have a bowel movement with no result), painful or sensitive abdomen, or general lethargy within the next 24 hours. If any of these should appear take her to the vet ASAP. They can perform a barium study to look for obstructions of the GI tract. From there they can determine whether an emergency laparotomy will be necessary to remove the blockage.

So far she seems totally normal she's playful and already had a normal bowel movement 2hrs after she swallowed the treat.. like I said I'm not sure if she at least partially chewed the treat but I will keep an eye on her for the next 24 hrs.

There is really no reason your puppy needs greenies. Greenies help with dental disease, plaque and tarter. Your puppy has none of that right now.

Buy a nylabone for puppies. Get her to chew on that. If she is teething, get a wet wash rag and soak it in water flavored with chicken broth or beef broth and freeze it. The cold will feel good on her gums and she will be enticed to chew it due to the flavor.

If you're ever concerned about how something is going to digest, stick it in water and time how long it takes before it breaks up.
