I live in VA. Two other tenets signed the lease. I stayed there a couple of weeks. I left the house but now the landloard is saying I am responsible to pay for some rent. My name was on a lease but I have not signed it am I obligated to the house.

Are you living there? Or have you just been considering it? If you didn't sign the lease but paid the 1st months and a deposit it might be considered you agreed to the lease.
