We got a letter telling us to remove all belongings out of the home and they set a date for repossession on July 18 2011 its on our own land but they still have not came and got the mobile home and we want it off our land what rights do we have for getting this home off our land

You defaulted on the purchase agreement and they said they would repossess it?

Send them a letter of intent to charge a storage fee. That might get them moving, or at least reduce the amount you owe.
