My puppy is 14 weeks old stop eating and drinking and when uses the bathroom its all blood and it smell awful.

What did your vet say about this?

This could be caused by many things, from an intestinal blockage to parvo.
You need to get him in to be checked by your veterinarian.
The sooner the better.

Sounds like parvo. If you haven't already, you need to get him to the vet ASAP.

Sad really... sad that something this serious is going on and you come here rather than taking the dog to a vet. Do you really need us to tell you to do this?
