Made for TV movies in the early 90's?
What is the name of the movie, it came out in the early 90's and its about this unpopular girl who makes a wish and an angel comes down (asian guy) and she is allowed to make a wish to be popular and change her image for this crush she has in high school and she becomes really smart and then like punk and then a cheerleader because she wishes to look like elle mcpherson and the popular guy notices her but then she notices he is not a good guy so she wishes to be her self again and she falls in love with the angel but he has to leave but then a new guy moves in next door and he looks just like the angel guy. I believe it was an after school special that came on abc or one of those stations
