This guy, he's always bossing me around, laughing at me when I do something stupid, and walking away when Im talking to me. But he always knows where I am, and what I do. He makes me laugh and stuff, but most of the time he's making me do stuff,.

Wait. That's the wrong question. It should be, why do I give up my power to him and become less than I am?

He sounds like a bully, and needs to be reported to a responsible adult, or avoided. You do not, or should not allow someone to treat you badly. Are you afraid of him, or merely annoyed? Tell him NO when he makes you do things, and tell someone that can help you, what he is doing.

Does he hate me?

A bully hates himself, and seeks others to take it out on. No excuse for bad behavior though, and no excuse for you to allow it. That makes it worse.

He makes you do what stuff? Is this at school, where you live, where you work? Do you like him? Is that why you want to know how he might be feeling about you?

How old are the two of you?

If young, sometimes boys will act in odd ways when they actually like some one. Usually they outgrow this, but not always!

If you don't like how he treats you, then say something to him about it and/or stop hanging around him.

You should report his behavior to whomever you can, if you could explain your situation better maybe we could provide better advise. Why are you hanging out with someone like that?
