Hi clown and welcome, There is no fuse in a kenmore dryer, could be fuses that supply power from the main box. There are safety switches though. What's the dryer not doing? No heat? Won't run? Let us know and maybe we can help. Good luck

There are several safeties, but the main one is near the element. See: http://www.electrical-forensics.com/Dryer/ElectricClothesDryers.html
If it's burned out you will have to disassemble dryer and clean all parts including blower. Wash out all air ducts; vacuum out motor and clean exhaust vent, too. Look on YouTube to see how to do it.
