I can't tell what you're saying.. If you're trying to SAVE him because he's a felon, that's probably not going to work. But, if it DOES work, they're not thrilled about meth AND a gun in the same car. I think you'll be looking at a few years, first offense or not. He'll be looking at much longer.

First gun in the car, you can't help him on that, does not matter whose gun, and if he touched it, it will have his prints on it.

You can even claim it was your drugs but if the DA does not believe it, they will still go after him.

In fact if you claim it is yours, they can still get both of you. He will be charged with possession of the weapons and violation of parole or probation ( he just has to be in the car or in the house where a gun is)

So if you try this, they will just use the gun to the max maybe under Federal Law and send him away for about 5 years.

On the meth, they had meth, and if they figure you trying to cover for boyfriend, they will go for the max with you to, I expect about 3 years.

Then when you get out, you will not be able to be with him, if you are on probation or parole.
