Having trouble accessing certain web pages with Internet Ex. 9... is there a setting I can change?

Depends on what exactly you are experiencing.
As a starter completely clearing your cache is a must.

Were you able to go to these pages before? If so then you may need to make some changes as recent updates from MS have changed the settings for webpages. If it doesn't connect at all then you will have to make some easy changes.

Let us know what condition you are experienceing. Are they acting like they don't exist or are the pages out of alaignment or something else ?
