    Information on applying for visa
When I was 16 my father applied for a pettition to bring me to the usa, my father was a us resident, my father told me that during that time all I had to do was go to the us consulate to finish the process but before that happened my mother brought me to the usa illegaly and I never went to the consulate. I went to the social security offices in Oklahoma because my father had told me that they had issued me a social security number and it was in their files with all my information although I've never used my social to work. I am now 23 years old with a 3 month old boy and married to my husband who is a us citizen for 3 years and a former war veteran. I want to get legalized to be able to stay with my family as he suffers from PTSD. Please could anyone tell me if ill be able to apply without having to leave the country for 20 years? Any information on what I should do would be wonderful.

The current administration is not separating families as much as they used to, but you need a immigration attorney to review what has been done in past with dad and what you need to do now.
