I'm 23 years old and an currently on Nuvaring. I've been on it on and off for about 2 years, but consistently for the last 6 months. I do have ovarian cysts, which is another main reason I'm on birth control. My periods do vary, between light and heavy. Usually they last between 2-3 days each month. This month I didn't bleed, it was just a brown discharge, not enough to even bother putting a tampon in. I figured it was blood, but now I'm not sure. I'm used to seeing brown blood along with bright red.
Any thoughts?
