    Is bleeding during ovulation normal?
I have been trying to get pregnant but every time I'm ovulating I have excruciating pain and then bleed. Is this bad? Also what can I do to help this besides birth control? I have had this since I got my period when I was very young.

    Hi csibabe27,

It can be very normal for some women to experience pain/bleeding during ovulation. You can try things such a acetametaphine and a heating pad. The warmth can be soothing for many women. Have you spoken to your doctor about it since it appears to be extremely painful? That would be something to consider as well. Birth control pills do help, but if you are trying to become pregnant that would obviously not be the course of action you would want to take.

I have tried all of it and the only thing that calms it down would be tylonal pm. Yes I have talked to them they said I get ovarian cysts and that it will go away but this last one I didn't but o think I will make an appt with my obgyn this week to make sure it's nothing serious. Thanks for your help it did put my mind at ease. =)
