    This usually indicates an infection such as yeast/thrush. Are you sexually active? Have you taken any antibiotics recently?

    Here is some information about yeast infections;

    Either way, we can't give you an actual diagnosis here. You will have to see your doctor, no matter how many times you re-type your question. A doctor is the only one that can tell you for sure what's going on.

    Do you know what a pap smear is for? A pap smear tests for pre-cancerous and cancerous cells. It is not a test used to detect infection.

    As for trichomona vaginalis, your doctor will have to test for that. There's no way for anyone to give you a diagnosis over the internet. Not even a doctor can do that.

    You'll have to go in. It's most likely a yeast infection, but no matter what, you have to be diagnosed by an actual doctor, face to face, not over the internet.

    You can go to a Gynecologist, or your family doctor. Either one will be able to diagnose you.

    Good luck.
