I manage an RV Park. Our RV spaces are currently $430.00 per month. Each space includes full hook-ups (water/sewer & electric). We are now getting new electric meters installed. These will make guests responsible for paying electric at $.12 per kWh. Their rent will now be $400.00 a month plus electric. I need help writing a letter notifying guests. This should be a 30 day notification. Please help
