Well I am 24 years old and trying to conceive my second child and have been for 9 months. My cycles are about 40 days long. In the past month right before my period I had lightheadedness and hot flushes. Had my period Feb 27-March 2nd. Then had terrible fatigue. On day 23 of my cycle I had a positive ovulation test and also started spotting. 3 days later still spotting and having small cramps. My question is what could be causing this?
