Hi I hit my head about four weeks ago on some concrete after slipping on ice. I had a small surface scrape but that seemed to be all. The back of my head hurt real bad for about a week and a half after but then it stopped hurting. About a week ago the same area started to hurt again and my hair lady said that area seemed swollen because when she touched it it was kind of squishy. Should I be concerned or will it just go away since its been four weeks already?

You need to see a doctor and get it checked. A concusion can cause headaches and other problems. You need to find out if that is what is going on.
