You will go to the courthouse where the deed is registered and get a copy, it is not free, but a certified copy is not that costly ( few dollars)

If you are talking about a land deed for property you own I agree with Chuck. Our Recorders iffice is located in the county complex next door to the court houe and jail. Costs $3 for a certified copy.
