I have bad headaches like everyday. Mt nipples hurt and I'm tired all the time . I'm not showing any symptoms to pregancy but I feel like I'm not usually myself. My whole lifestyle changed.

You can't be pregnant but to be on the safe side you need to test yourself. The symptoms that you have been experiencing might have something to do with your change in diet, smoking, or closed spaces. Take a breather because your brain just wanted some oxygen.

Cut out carbohydrates from your diet so you will have more energy. Take protein such as eggs, chicken, or protein shakes every 6 hours.

If you have had sex, you may be pregnant. Take a test, if its negative, wait a few weeks and take another one, if still negative and you are still concerned see your doctor.

Always remember it IS possible to have a period during pregnancy, especially during the first month or 2 of pregnancy. If you are not ready to be pregnant, then you really should think about not having sex.
