If I had an abortion on March 2 and had unprotected sex March 18 could I get pregnant? I started taking birth control a week before I had an abortion but not taking them at the same time everyday. And the same day I had unprotected sex was on a Sunday which was for me to start a 2nd pack but I took that pill later on that day... please help

Most likely you won't be pregnant, since you had been taking them for a few weeks prior to the sex, but pregnancy will always be a possibility, with any form of birth control. Certainly it is best to try and take them the same time each day. If it might help, set a phone alarm or watch alarm daily to remind you. If it becomes too inconvenient, and you find yourself forgetting, you may want to consider another form of birth control instead.

A better idea, would be to use two forms of protection. For example, the birth control pills and a condom, to lessen the chances of an unplanned pregnancy even more.

ANY time you have penile penetration you risk pregnancy. No form of contraception is 100% effective, especially if not used properly.

So yes, it is possible, though not probable that you could be pregnant again. I would have hoped that you learned from the experience. NO ONE should engage in sexual intercourse unless they are prepared to have a child.
